The image on the left hasn't yet had any adjustments applied. Note the orange circle at the top center image border This is a reflection from a streetlight overhead. In the image on the right, the reflection has been darkened, using Paint in Modes. The sofa , the painting in the Cafe, and the sidewalk were boosted via Hue-Saturation and Curves/Saturation Mode.
