A dry summer linked Raub's Island to the mainland, creating a still inlet where the river had flowed. That formed the background for these three shots, after sunset. Some leaves are reflected in the water.
Photographed with a Canon 20D. In PhotoShop, I placed the images on a reproduciton of the silk border of a Chinese painting.
